8. Carryover & Yearly Pool

• Carryover: Unused tier funds (empty tier) or remainder dust after division are added to carryoverUSDT/PLAY and injected into the next round’s 6-hit pool only. 5 hit/4 Hit/3 Hit are only from new purchases/PF incoming fees.

• Yearly pool: Authorized deposits are split 90% to the current round (by tier split) and 10% to the yearlyUSDT/PLAY pool. When a yearly round starts, its 6-hit pool is topped up by the yearly balances.
